If you experience problems when trying to take the Volunteer training course, try the following:
- Re-read the Course Instructions carefully.
- Did you enter the Employee Access Code correctly?
- When the Safety courses catalog page opens the page shows the system requirements necessary to take the course. Does your system meet these requirements?
- Is the volume on your computer turned up?
- If these suggestions do not solve the problem you are experiencing please call the program administrator at (888) 553-9002, ask for Andy Guile.
Who is the Volunteer training course offered by?
- The Volunteer safety training course was created by Lockton Affinity, administrators of the Habitat for Humanity Affiliate Insurance Program. Lockton Affinity works closely with Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) to provide insurance to protect the work done by HFH affiliates. The program also provides loss control and safety training resourses to HFH affiliates to help provide a safe work environment for their crews and prevent accidents on the jobsite. Lockton Affinity and HFHI developed a course specifically for Volunteers to help them be better prepared for working on a Habitat job site.
